Terms of Use of Leadabeelity and the PAD software

Welcome to Leadabeelity! Before using our software, please read the following Terms of Use carefully. These terms govern your use of Leadabeelity software and constitute a legal agreement between you and PAD srl.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Leadabeelity software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the software.

2. Purpose of the Software

Leadabeelity is designed to connect coachees with their coaches in order to create personalised management training programmes. The software allows you to consult your coaching calendar and record your progress, with the ability to share this on demand with a group of coachees.

3. Payment and Subscriptions

Leadabeelity is a paid service. We offer four different tariffs that differ in terms of the frequency of appointments with the coach and the equipment included in the subscription (wearable device, smart stairs, physical training equipment).

4. Creating an Account

To use the Leadabeelity software, you need to create a user account. You can register using your email or log in via social services such as Google, LinkedIn, Apple or Microsoft.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect medical data (heart rate, weight, HRV, stress levels, sleep) and exercise completion data (done or not done, in how long). This data is used to correct the activity plan and to define an index of increased managerial performance. User data is kept in a separate database and is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Leadabeelity trademark and logo is registered and for the exclusive use of PAD s.r.l. while the PAD software and platform are the property of PAD s.r.l.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages arising out of the use of the software or misuse thereof. We shall also not be liable for interruptions of services provided by partners and third parties. In the event of unavailability of the application, coaches will communicate with coachees on alternative telematic channels.

8. Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated to users by email and notification on the application.

Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Italy and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Milan.
